01Parties and scope
These terms apply between Vatesco LLC, operating as Okyanus Dijital (“Okyanus”), and the person or organisation using the site or the customer dashboard (“User”). Project-specific terms are in the accepted quote and any signed contract, which prevail in case of conflict.
02Account
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and two-step verification secure.
- Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use of your account.
03Quotes and contract
Accepting a quote in the dashboard means accepting its scope, timeline and payment plan. The date and time of acceptance is recorded. Out-of-scope work is done under a new quote.
04Payment
Payments follow the plan in the quote, usually two steps: at the start and at delivery. Online payments are made on the payment provider’s secure page; bank transfers to the account shown in the dashboard. Late payments may affect the timeline.
05Revisions and delivery
The revisions included are written in the quote and requested in the dashboard. Delivery happens when the stage is marked complete in the dashboard and the delivery files are shared.
06Intellectual property
Once paid, usage rights in the work pass to the User as set out in the quote or contract. Open-source and third-party components are subject to their own licences. Unless agreed otherwise, Okyanus may show the work in its portfolio without revealing confidential information.
07User obligations
- You must hold the rights to the content, images and materials you share.
- You may not use the service unlawfully, upload malware or try to weaken the security of the systems.
08Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information learnt during the work; a separate NDA can be signed on request. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
09Limitation of liability
Okyanus provides the service with care but is not liable for indirect damage or for problems caused by systems under the User’s control. Total liability is limited, as far as the law allows, to the fee of the relevant quote.
10Termination
Either party may end the work under the termination terms of the quote or contract. Work done up to that date is paid for and completed work is delivered.
11Changes
We may update these terms; the current date is shown at the top. For ongoing projects the accepted quote terms continue to apply.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers.
