We work with small and medium businesses, startups and operations teams. What matters is that the project has a clear goal.
How do we start a project?
You answer a few questions in the project builder. Your brief is saved to your dashboard, and the team contacts you to clarify scope.
How do quotes and contracts work?
Once scope is clear, a written quote is prepared. You review it in the dashboard and accept it or ask for changes.
How do I follow progress?
In the client dashboard. Stage, dates, files, payments and messages are in one place, and you’re notified when the status changes.
Do I get revisions?
The revision allowance is written in the quote. You request revisions in the dashboard and follow their status.
Are delivery dates fixed?
Each stage has an estimated date. If it changes, you see it in the dashboard with the reason.
How is payment made?
Usually in two steps: fifty percent at the start, fifty percent on delivery. You can choose online payment or bank transfer.
Are my card details stored?
No. Online payment happens on the provider’s secure page; Okyanus doesn’t store card details.
Can I get a payment document?
You can download payment documents from the dashboard’s Payments section.
Who owns the source code and files?
Intellectual property terms are written in the contract. Delivered files are kept in the dashboard’s Documents section.
Which technologies do you use?
We prefer common, well-supported technology: React and Next.js for web, React Native, Swift and Kotlin for mobile, PostgreSQL for data.
Is there support after launch?
You open support requests in the dashboard; replies and status stay in one place. Maintenance options are separate quote items.
